We’re constantly adding new merchandise, and fresh postings will be featured in the “What’s New” section as well as in the main catalogue.
Our prices are astonishingly reasonable. But you should note that after 60 days on our site, items are reduced by 15%. All discounted items can be found in our “Specials” section, as well as in the main catalogue.

From fabric to design, from workmanship to interesting details, our Merchandisers have a keen eye for garment quality. We assess each item carefully for cleanliness, condition and appearance and describe each item as honestly and accurately as possible.
But... the recycled fashion items on our site have been previously worn and loved. And most are obtained on a consignment basis. If we notice a flaw in an otherwise fabulous piece, we will describe it in a “Quality Comment” in the details section. Examine our detailed photos carefully -- all sales are final.

Because sizing differs by manufacturer and by country of origin, our Merchandisers make every effort to measure all garments against our measurement chart to determine a size. Some items may carry detailed measurements in the posting description. Please refer to our Sizing Charts for verification.

New2Me merchandise is unique... an item can move quickly, and once it’s sold, it’s gone for good! So as soon as you’re ready to buy an item, click the “Add to Cart” button. You will be directed to the sign-in page if not already logged in, and you will be able to click "Continue Shopping" to return to the online catalogue. When you're ready to check out, follow the prompts to confirm your purchases, choose your payment method and supply your shipping address.
A Shipping & Handling fee will be added to each invoice as follows:
Flat Rate: $25.00 Best choice if you are buying more than 3 items Pay Per Item: $10.00 Best choice if you are buying 1 or 2 items
These rates apply regardless of the weight of your shipment or its destination within Canada. With this system, you can save on shipping costs by combining multiple purchases into one shipment. For example, 4 items purchased and shipped together will cost $25 for shipping & handling, rather than $40 if purchased and shipped individually. Items for international shipment will be quoted separately, when a buyer clicks on the "outside Canada" option.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for shipment via our supplier of choice, once your funds have been received. Customers who prefer to pick up their selections at our location may call (416) 826-1455 to make arrangements.
Given the consignment model of New2Me, all sales are considered final. We urge customers to consult our descriptions and sizing charts. However, we recognize that sizing can at times be an issue with online purchases. To minimize your risk, we will honour a site credit of 75% of the purchase price (not including S&H) if an item must be returned due to grossly inaccurate sizing. We must be notified via e-mail within 2 days of receipt, and the purchaser must arrange and pay for return shipping.
